Asthma care

Asthma Education Sessions

Understanding your asthma helps you control it. Our one-on-one sessions combine practical education with lung function testing, so you can see how your lungs are working.

Overview

Each session covers how asthma affects the airways, your personal triggers, the difference between reliever and preventer medications, and how to use your inhaler and spacer correctly. Many people find their inhaler technique can be improved, and small changes can make a real difference.

Sessions include spirometry, which measures how well air moves in and out of your lungs, and FeNO, a simple breath test that measures inflammation in your airways. Results are shared with your doctor to help guide your treatment and asthma action plan.
